Often, caregivers end up bearing the heavy burden of looking after their loved ones themselves and suffer in silence. This affects them emotionally, mentally and physically and results in caregiver burnout at the end of the day.
There are parents in similar situations experiencing and feeling the same way as you do. BTSS Parent Caregivers’ Support Group offers a safe and comfortable platform for you to meet such people and share your experience. Not only will you gain support from the group, but you will also be able to help others.
The group meets on every third Saturday at 10 a.m. over Zoom.
